I am making my second wedding cake this fall. The bride wants it to feed 120 people. Can someone please help me with what size round cake pans I should use. I have the chart that tells me what size serves what, I just am not sure what would look best.
A 6/10/14 would give you 128 servings.
6/8/10/12 would give you 130 servings.
What is the design? If it is something that has you putting things on the edges of the layers you probably want to go with the first option, as that will give you more space there. If you don't have to put anything on the edges, then you can go with the second one.
