I have a cake to make in 10 days. I plan on making roses, calla lilies and also the number "80" all out of gumpaste. How much in advance could I make these? Just trying to save time as its a three tiered cake. Any suggestions on storage also??? Thanks!!!

Depending on how many you have to make I would have probably already started on them myself. You can totally start making them now.

Store them in a cardboard cake box, or something else where they could breathe.

Hi
Do your gumpaste things as soon as. How you keep the gumpaste will depend on the humidity in your area as you want them to dry out and stay dry. So long as gumpaste flowers stay dry they'll keep forever.

Hope this makes sense I'm not sure it does.

Yours aye
