For some reason I just can't decide what flavors to do for my brothers wedding cake, coming up pretty soon. It will be 4 tiers, the top 6in will be a gluten free flavor and I can't decide if I should 2 or 3 other flavors? In your opinion does chocolate or yellow cake go over better with a crowd? I do a dark, rich chocolate and the yellow would have some kind of fruit filling...I'm not usually so indecisive!
I've found that a chocolate/vanilla marble is pretty popular.

The dinosaur wedding cake was chocolate and banana with chocolate swiss meringue buttercream filling..covered in white chocolate ganache..delish
My sister's wedding cake a few weeks ago was lemon sour cream and raspberry chambord cakes with matching swiss meringue buttercream and also covered in white chocolate ganache
The flavours tasted great..my fav was the lemon and raspberry combo..great for summer
