For the life of me I am having the hardest time finding a highly rated (customer satisfaction wise) CLEAR raspberry exctract. I need it to make white frosting for a wedding cake but with raspberry flavor. Can anyone tell me a good brand? Or where to get some online?

Lorann raspberry isn't clear. However, Lorann Cran-Raspberry IS clear and, in my opinion, tastes a lot better than the raspberry. There's no detectable cranberry flavor. It's just a lovely, smooth fruit flavor. I think the raspberry has a chemical taste to it.
