Help! Isomalt Is Cloudy- How Can I Fit It?

Hi,
I made coral out of isomalt two days ago using the "pouring it over ice" method and it turned out beautifully! However, when I came home from work tonight, my lovely clear coral is now completely cloudy- any thoughts on how this happened and how I can fix it? Any help would be SO SO SO appreciated. Thanks!
it was fairly humid today, but I left the AC running- but that seemed to be my guess. I have one more package of isomalt, but alas, my hubby broke my candy thermometer yesterday while doing dishes, and I am not able to go out and get another yet tonight... I guess it's back to the drawing board tomorrow. 
(of course with the AC cranked so high I'll need to wear a parka while decorating this baby!) Thanks for the reply
