..........I realize minimum wage in the US is different, but make sure you give yourself enough to make it worth it. Ingredient costs in the US are so much cheaper too, I wish we had more to choose from over here!

AliBakes6167 - you're 10% correct. I'm definitely paying myself 
If I take all the profit per batch, then my hourly rate works out to be $19, which is more than I was getting in my full time job!
