My cupcakes always have a nice dome. But now I am needing to make cupcakes next week and I need them NOT to dome. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
You're very welcome!
Just don't fill them as full as usual, so that they bake up even to the top of the liner.
Baking at a lower temperature--325*--will result in very little doming. some of my cupcake recipes are absolutely flat when baked at this temp.
I agree with several of the above suggestions: less batter, lower oven temp, and reduce amount of whichever leavener is in recipe. Your cupcakes should now bake flat.
I know how I accidently got no domes on my cupcakes. I accidently baked them at a lower temp. 325 instead of 350.
so I guess that might work. Bake them for longer though
I agree with all the suggestions above especially the low temperature one... & I add place your pan on the middle rack in your oven
