Question??? Cake Deco Scholarships

I didn't know where to put this, hope its okay here. In Sept I'll be going to Johnson & Wales University to get my degree in Baking and Pastry. My question is, does anybody know of cake decorating scholarships? I've tried to google "cake decorating scholarships" but all I got was "learn how to decorate cakes online" or cake schools.

I don't know for sure about scholarships, but have you checked out grants for tuition and maybe check the culinary school you are going to about grants and scholarships, if you haven't already. Hope this helps. icon_smile.gif

I have but I was kind of hoping that there are some that are just cake decorating.

I am in a Baking and Pastry program right now too, and I think because cake decorating is just one small part of the degree you won't find a scholarship just for it. It would be like looking for a scholarship for exclusively baking croissants or something. In our program cake decorating is just a semester length course.
