I thought a while ago I had seen someone talking about making a yummy coconut cake starting with a boxed white cake mix, but I can't seem to find it for the life of me! I'm also looking for suggestions on easy to make blue colored & flavored cakes... blue berry, lavender whatever I have no clue I just know I would like to make a cake for July 4th and I would like to one tier white, one tier, blue and one tier red... so any suggestions would be great! and I work full time, and have 5 kids so anything that starts with a box mix would be best! LOL I know...but the decorating is really my favorite part!
