Yay! They Loved The "flop" Cake And New Business!

Yay! I made a version of the cake that I had a near disaster with (in the disaster I had a doubled the amount of milk and it was really yummy, but really dense). Since the customer LOVED the flop cake, I told her I couldn't stack with that dense cake (LOL), but could make one "similar". So, I made it with 1.5 times the milk and it was still very moist and a bit dense, but not quite so heavy.
Well, they loved it and a couple neighbors asked for my info!!!! YAY!!! That's how it gets started, right?
Looks like a flop was the best thing to happen! LOL (The cake I made her is the rubber duck cake in my photos). I guess it pays to make from scratch and be too sleepy in the middle of the night... Wouldn't recommend that though!

Great that it all turned out well. The cake is really cute and I really like your Jack cake. I know a couple of people who would flip for that one!
