Is it worthy to spend money in a set of topsy turvy pans? I've never done one of this cakes but I will pretty soon, I just want some opinions from those who had. I really don't want to buy them if I don't need to but if a topsy turvy is easier to accomplish using the pans I'd definitely buy them. Any suggestions?
I had come across a similar post to yours except the woman did buy the pans, and she said it was a total waste of money and the cakes did not bake evenly and a whole lot of other problems. I can't remember the name of the OP if I do i will be sure to let you know. I also know that you can do a topsy turvy cake without buying special pans.
Yes. I can't find that post where there were people who had a lot of trouble baking cakes uniformly in those pans.
Here's a topsy turvy thread that seems pretty good.
