I have to make a 3D motorcycle cake and have no idea where to start. Any suggestions?

Google video the terms "Ace of Cakes harley motorcycle" and you can watch a video of how they did a motorcycle cake. I have a motorcycle cake due at the end of July and this is where I will taking pointers. HTH.
