For those that have done cupcake weddings, need some others ideas and thoughts. Can you give any pointers or tips you've learned.

1. Can i achieve this color using americolor electric green?
2. What kind of frosting is best for this type of swirl. I use sugarshacks frosting a lot for covering cakes or should I use a true buttercream made with butter. If someone is willing to share a good frosting recipe.
3. How to get a smooth consistency swirl, no air bubbles, etc.
4. I'm thinking of using storage tubs with no skid in the bottom to transport. Thoughts?
5. Anyone willing to share a good chocolate or white cupcake recipe.
