Hi all I made a batch of that great recipe from sugarshack, however how do you get it to smooth out again when you have left over? It is so smooth when you first make it! icon_cool.gif

Hi!
When I need to use the "leftover" I just put it back into my mixer and mix it for a few minutes. It seems to smooth right back out. HTH
