I was working on a batch of icing and when i tasted it it was way too sweet its a large batch and I dont want to restart how can I adjust it so its not soo sweet??
Try adding small amounts of salt to see if it helps with the sweetness!
You can add salt, that what I do, it not only cuts the sweetness but overall taste better. If you have popcorn salt (it's finer) even better. hth
