Hi Everyone!
I am working on a wedding cake this week. I started icing the layers this morning. Is it possible to store iced layers in the freezer while I am icing the rest of them? Or, should I just leave them out? It is really hot here and I don't want the icing to melt!!

I have done that but only to chill them really quick. I have never frozen a decorated cake.
