I was Asked to make a graduation cake with whipped cream frosting. I haven't had great luck working with whipped cream so I thought I'd ask the best!! They want the whipped cream PINK & I'm worked about adding coloring to it and having it break down. Anyone add color to theirs? And how'd it turn out?? I'd love to try to talk him out of the all pink cake witha red and black grad cap on top....but that's not possible!! Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!
Do you have an airbrush machine?? I do not work with whipped cream frosting because you can not decorate the same way with it and it has to stay fridged...
No I don't have an airbrush machine...but I would LOVE one!! maybe my next big purchase
