She starts the hibiscus at the 7:49 mark. She also demonstrates another at 8:50. I do mine the second way.

heres how i do mine, make 5 large shells tip 21 with the tips pointed inwards in a large circle. over pipe them with tip 127 large ruffled petal, similar to doing a petunia. its best to double load the bag with hot pink and yellow, very effective. then for the center pipe a standing up tip #4 or 5 stamen. I have some on the flamingo cake closer to the earlier pages in my photos.
