I plan on picking up some high density foam rollers tomorrow to try this method out.
For those of you that use it...Is it "easier" than the viva method with a fondant smoother? I can never get my buttercream flawless with the viva method and it drives me insane.
Thoughts? Helpful suggestions would be appreciated.

It's easier. My husband and my 9 year old can do it.

Easier! My husband even took a roller and cut it so it not so rounded at one end. He used a band saw.
