Is This Enough Cake To Serve About 40 People?

10 / 6 stacked. The tiers will be 3 layers approx 6in tall. This is a bday cake, but I will serve per the wedding cake cutting chart.

Round? The 10" serves 39 by itself, plus 12 more in the 6".

I think if the cakes are square you are perfectly safe. If they are round, you might be cutting it close but with 3 layers of cake the pieces can be smaller so you might make it.
