What Are The Best Flavors To Start With?

I have the basic vanillia, chocolate, and red velvet. now what?
I have alist below let me knwo what you think I should start with this week I will post how it goes. I have to find some other flavors to offer at this point, I am getting board with the basics.
recipe links would be great to thanks for the help.

1. coconut cake with lemon filling or a chocolate frosting(sounds like mounds bar) .
2. strawberry cake with cream filling and butter cream frosting.
3.raspberry cake with chocolate frosting or a mousse filling.
4. carrot cake with cream cheese frosting.
5. Banana cake with caramel filling
6.caramel cake with chocolate mousse filling
7.cheesecake cake with strawberry filling or whatever filling I am feeling(lol)

Do you refrigerate cakes or will you be working toward a flavour list that is fine at room temperature? Something to consider.
