I am looking for an idea for a couple who both are both turning 50 and wants a 100 theme for their combined years cake. She said they have things representing all the decades for decorations and wanted the cake to be a simple 100 shape maybe, simple. But are open to other ideas. I was wondering if anyone had any other ideas? A 100 theme/5 decades cake idea, any help would be appreciated.
She said 70 and she didn't really want a tier but would if it didn't look like a wedding cake. LOL
oh and she seemed like she really wanted a 100 type theme for their combined years. I suggested a tiered cake in small tiers for each decade and was told she had bought party items that represented the decades, but was open to ideas.
if they don't want a tiered cake you could do 3 cakes in the shape of "100" (one for each number) and decoate each with a decade theme...have them pick 3 decades they would want to feature...and then see what decorations they got for those themes and use them as models or inspiration
