Does Anyone Have A Template Or Tips For A Nurse Hat / Cap ?

Hi, I have to make a cake for a nursing student and I'm having a hard time figuring out how to make the nurse cap. Does anyone have a template or any tips on how to make one out of gumpaste? Thank you in advance for any responses.

My nursing cap was basically a "T" bonnet, with the top of the T being double height. That part was folded back and stood up. The bottom corners of the top part folded down to meet the bottom corners of the "stem".
Long story short, It started out as a flat piece of fabric. I think this would work easily for gumpaste.
