I recently purchased Fat Daddio's Topsy Turvy cake pans. This will be my first time making this kind of cake. I thought maybe the pans would come with instructions on how to assemble the cake, but they did not. Does anyone have a clue how to assemble the cakes? Is there a tutorial someplace? Any help is greatly appreciated.

i bought them too and what i did is i made cake with a regular pan, same size to use as the bottom and then stacked the topsy turvy over it.
