Fondant Charts Help Please

I have a large cake order in two weeks and I need to try to figure out how much fondant to order. I have found a couple of charts but they range in amounts so I'm having trouble figuring which chart to use. All of the cakes will be four inches high. I have to cover 6 seven inch cakes, 1 twelve, 1 nine and 1 six inch cake. With one chart I figured it would take 20 pounds and the other was 30. Any help greatly appreciated.
I would think some of the decision would be based on which brand of fondant you'll be using. For instance, you need more Wilton fondant than . Duff's fondant goes a very long way too.
Satin Ice is just to cover, Wilton is to cover and decorate.
