Hi iam band new to the cake thing but always loved to bake. i want to start my own wedding cake business from my home but dont know were to start. whats the best course out there or school close to chicago?is there a dvd course? is this in demand. i have so many questions and dont know were to start. any help would be great........thanks...Jimmy

The Wilton School is right outside of Chicago. The French Pastry School is also right there and they always have Nicholas Lodge as a guest. HTH.
