Can anyone tell me what the shelf life of marshmallow fondant is? Also, how about store bought - like the product Duff is sponsoring now? TIA.

Months. I think you have to store MMF in the fridge though when you are not using it, which is not normally the case for ready made fondant. Just make sure that whichever you choose, store it in lots of plastic wrap so no air gets to it.

Duff's fondant, Fondarific, Satin Ice ... they are typically one year if well sealed.
