Because my only experience with gumpaste flowers has been in a Wilton Method class, all I am familiar with is using the gumpaste/fondant blend that was taught to me there. I would like to know what others of you use for your gumpaste flowers - do you use a blend of gumpaste and fondant? Do you use the Wilton pre-made gumpaste or another brand or make your own? Thanks in advance!!!!

I make my own using Nicolas Lodges recipe. It's wonderful and inexpensive.
