What should I use to make chocolate filling using whipped Rich's Bettercreme?
Do I just add instant chocolate pudding to it? I need a chocolate filling that doesn't require refrigeration for a wedding cake I'm doing. TIA
I once mixed some leftover chocolate buttercream with about the same amount of Rich's Bettercreme (the already whipped kind) and it was to die for! But doesn't Rich's need refrigeration? I'm asking both whether it will go bad without refrigeration and whether it will deflate if it's kept at room temperature for very long. The time I did it we ate it right away.
