I made some pops yesterday which require you to use edible pens to draw in the details. (I was using gourmet writer by americolor). I let dry for maybe ½ hr, and then put in the fridge (I do this with all my pops).
I took them out this morning and the ink was wet and when I went to put them in a lollipop bag the details smudged.
Any suggestions on how to prevent this?
I left them out again to dry and then put the wrappers on and popped them out in the post, but hoping the ink wont smudge again.
