Hi,

I am making a few cakes for a baby shower this Sunday. How soon can I bake and then freeze before decorating?

Start baking.
I don't like to freeze cakes any longer than two weeks.

Bake then cover it with a warper put it in the freezer until decoration time

I also have a cake due this Sunday. I am going ot bake and freeze my cakes tonight; I will defrost them on Friday so I can tort, fill, stack and settle on Saturday so they will be ready to be decorated on Sunday.
