English/spanish Help

Help. I live in Mexico, have for 5 years, and have a small bakery on the beach. Does anyone please know what corn starch is called in Spanish and also molasses? Thanks so much. I have learned quite a lot of Spanish, but not these items.

corn starch is>>>> almidón de maíz
molasses is >>>>>> melaza

cornstarch- fecula de maiz. We (in Puerto Rico) also call it maicena, which is actually a brandname of cornstarch.

molasses- melaza
