I've been asked to make a cake for a guy that doesn't really like cake, the horror, and he likes butterfinger candy bars.
Does anyone have a recipe or an idea to make mouse wiht crushed butterfingers?

Butterfinger Cream Mousse
10 fun size butterfingers coarsely chopped
1 8oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 cup peanut butter
Beat until thick. Fold in 1 tub regular size, cool whip.
Fold in half of the crushed candy. Use remaining candy as garnish.
