Does anyone have a really good sugar-free cake recipe? Any flavor besides fruit cake would be great!
I havent got any I have tried but did a bit of searching.

My DH is a diabetic and I've made the chocolate cake on this splenda link for him. Its a nice recipe, it is not a fantastic recipe, but expected when using sugar substitutes. There is a small amount of sugar in the cake as the splenda "brown sugar blend" called for, consists of a mixture of brown sugar and sugar substitute.

Be aware if you are restricted to low sugar or no sugar, the previous link given with recipes using honey, are not sugar free per se. They are free of granulated sugar, but they contain honey which is in itself, just another form of sugary sweetener.. Honey intake has to be watched the same as sugar intake.
