Does anyone know what the rules and regulations are for opening a home based cake business in Mississippi? We are moving down in a few months and I am having a hard time finding any information... any advice is appreciated! Thanks!!!

You have to have a separate kitchen in order to get licensed. Just go to the health department in you county to get started.
