Does anyone know of any tutorials on how to make a gumpaste iris? I have not been successful in finding anything. Seems I can find flower tutorials on every flower but the iris.TIA!

Do you have access to the Wilton Way of Cake Decorating Volume II.? There is a simple method of making gum paste iris on page 152. HTH

I couldn't find one, either. I bought a "silk" iris from Michael's and used it as a model.
