That's funny..I think my ex-husband needed that as he didn't even know how to boil water...

Darn...someone took my joke about temping the water. But they should include directions for high altitude.
Honestly though, other than baking cakes, I don't know what I would do without my probe thermometer. hehe
I even temp my bread.
