Anyone know where I can buy food-grade acetate?
Or would wax paper work just as well?

After a long internet search, I finally found a big roll of acetate at a local art store (not Michael's or hobby Lobby). Not sure if it's "food grade", but nothing came up on my internet searches about food grade acetate! If you're in a metroplitan area you may be able to find it at a simliar place -
