I have laminated pictures printed with a regular printer, then made an edible frame with fondant. Check out my Justin Bieber cake in my gallery. I made backing for the photo just slightly larger than the photo so they "frame" could adhere to the backing! I am sure no one actually wants to eat the images, but its nice to say the frame is edible!
