Is it just me that has clients coming to me last min thinking I can whip a cake out in an hour....These shows seem to give a misconception of this art form. First off it's just me. I haven't risen the ranks to have five or more assistants although one would be excellent when I'm working on a project an five in the morning. Sigh! I Love My Job.....lol

I hear ya. My biggest pet peeve is they don't show the prices of the cakes. So people come wanting the moon on a 20 dollar budget. Its frustrating.
