Dividing A Wasc Recipe Multiple Times

This is a WASC question, not to start a stratch/mix debate....my stratch baking is just not that good yet but I am working on it. In the meantime...

What do you think? I know a WASC recipe USUALLY starts with 2 boxes of cake mix and can easily be halved. If I want to make sample cupcakes or make a couple flavors in smaller batches could the recipe be halved again? Is the box mix blended well enough to be divided?

I did just last night. I weighed the box contents and divided it in half, and split everything else by 4 as well. It turned out great for every recipe!

I also quartered the recipe, weight like suggested and it works great!

No problem! I just made a bunch of different flavored cupcakes and passed them out to my friends to taste test. icon_smile.gif
