I have to make a 24" X 16" oblong X 4" high cake to decorate with fondant. It will be the largest cake I will make. I will appreciate any suggestions, tips, advises, Etc. on how to make and apply such a large sheet of fondant.
Thank you in advance

I would get The Mat. It's a large piece of food safe vinyl that you can roll the fondant out on, it doesn't stick to it, and then you can flip the vinyl over onto the cake it one swift move and the fondant comes right off!

Just wondering, how big is The Mat?
