Please answer ASAP!

Can I put gumpaste decorations in the frig? I am doing a cake with mousse as a filling which needs to be refrigerated, but I have tons of gumpaste decorations.

HELP!

For the relatively short time your cake needs to be in the frig, the gp should be ok. If possible, box the cake...but you should be ok.

I once did a b-day cake for a friend's mother covered with gp roses...a year later on a visit to her house she was pleased to show me that she had saved the flowers-in her fridge!! icon_lol.gif
