Help!
OK, I just baked cupcakes & the 2nd pan - I obviously didn't measure correctly - so they are super short. Shorter than the cupcake liner. I had some crushed pineapple so I put a tablespoon in each...now, what should I put on top? I have BCD BC; Dream Whip....extras would be pineapple IC topping, pudding, preserves, cherries, etc. I know there are a ton of things I could make but I'm not sure which would be the best combo. The first pan will be topped with BCD mixed w/SB preserves.
By the way-cupcakes are white w/cheesecake pudding. Any thoughts? I have never used Dream Whip before...I prefer something that doesn't require refrigeration (although my office is similar!).
