URGENT>>>>can anyone tell me how to make a sombrero hat cake. I want to surprise a family member but unsure how to do i t. I have searched online but have not come across anything that might be useful. Your help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The best luck I've had with hat brims is when I used modeling chocolate. It's the only thing that will set up completely for me- especially if you're in a hurry.
