I have my cake in the freezer and was wondering should I take it right out and cream it? Or should I just thaw it and cream it?

I am assuming that by "creaming" a cake you mean frosting it with buttercream icing?

And no, you shouldn't frost a frozen cake. Wait until it is completely thawed.

When a frozen cake is frosted, then thaws, the condensation creates air bubbles and possibly cracks in your frosting, and I've even heard some say the icing has completely fallen off!
