Edible Image On Cream Chees Frosting?

hi .
I need some help with this.
A freind just asked me if i could make a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and put her work logo on the cake which is the edible image.
Has anyone made one please let me know if this can be done with out using fondant.

All my cakes are buttercream that's made with real butter and cream cheese. No problem with the decor. I just recently painted a leopard design on my buttercream. It worked great!
