When I think of elegant victorian, I think of lace, scrolls, cameos, broaches, fans, white gloves, tea sets, etc.
Do a search for Victorian in the Galleries and lots of things will come up.

I agree with KASCARLETT...the first things that come to mind are lace, scroll work, flowers, vines, pearls, brocade...google images, yo. Google images.
