Hi all, I'm a newbie and already an addict!
I am making my friend's christening cake and I had an idea to put a little musical motor in the cradle I am making. (the motor is a little white music box with a pull string to make the sound come). Has anybody tried this yet or is a rubbish idea?
Any feedback would be great!
Thanks
I actually put a little voice box (one of those $5 things you get from Build-a-Bear) on a ledge under the helmet in my Darth Vader cake for my son a few years back. My husband recorded his voice wishing him a happy birthday in his best Vader voice, and we could push the button to make it talk. It's obviously not meant for use with food items, so I covered it in food-quality plastic wrap and it was laying on the gumpaste, which was not meant to be eaten either. HTH!
