Hello eveyone!! Happy Hump day! We're half way there folks thumbs_up.gif I have a quick question for all you South Carolinians, Does anyone know a place where I can purchase Barley Malt Syrup?? I have this HUGE craving for bagels and I want to make them this weekend but I cant seem to find any Malt Syrup icon_sad.gif Thanks in advance for all the help icon_biggrin.gif

I am in FL but I get mine at Whole Foods.

Thanks for the reply, I think i may be ordering it online I just hated to spend the extra $$ on the shipping if I didnt have too.

Unfort. there arent any around here I am going to probably order it online and use a susbstitute for this batch of bagels.

Update: I used half brown sugar & half honey and it turned out great! But I will still be ordering some for future adventures lol

Just another heads up.
Try your local natural foods or heath food stores if you have them nearby. I can buy barley malt syrup at mine.
